What we collect
- Server logs: your IP address, browser, the page requested and the time, kept for security and to fix errors.
- Your theme choice (light or dark), stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
- If you create an account: your email address and the licences on it.
- Anything you choose to send us by email or through the contact form.
An account is optional: 4H and 1D read free without one. Nothing we offer asks for your broker login.
The AI Signal Bot
To make a read, the bot sends the broker, market, pair and expiry you choose to our server, which answers with the read. If you entered a licence key, the key goes with it so the server can check your licence. We do not store your reads.
The browser extensions and the Android app
The Xmaster Formula AI Signal Bot extension for Chrome, Firefox and Edge and the Xmaster Formula AI Signal Bot app for Android send the same four choices, and your licence key when you enter one, to xmasterformula.com with each read. They keep the trial start, your key and your theme on your device only.
- No other personal data, no browsing history and no contacts are collected.
- No ads and no analytics are built in, and nothing is shared with third parties.
- Every request is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
To remove the data on your device, uninstall the extension or the app. To delete an account and its licences, write to info@xmasterformula.com.
How we use it
Only to run the site, the bot, the extensions and the app, keep them secure, check licences, answer your messages and understand errors. We do not sell or rent personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer you. An account and its licences are kept until you ask us to delete them.
